Building and Financing Your Business with SBA Seminar Register for the Building and Financing Your Business with SBA seminar on Thursday, February 20, 2014 and gain valuable information from the professionals!

This seminar, conducted by the U.S. Small Business Administration and the New Jersey Small Business Development Center, is designed to provide individuals that are in business or thinking of starting a business with information on the business loan programs and technical assistance programs offered by the SBA.

Leading area bank lending officers will also be on hand to discuss their role in the SBA’s Guaranteed Lending Program.  Lenders will discuss what goes into a comprehensive loan proposal, how to increase your chances of getting a loan and how to get through the loan application process.

Following the presentation, representatives from the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA), SCORE – Counselors to America’s Small Business, the New Jersey Small Business Development Center (NJSBDC) and local SBA Lenders will be available for individual consultations.

By attending this seminar, you can find out about the SBA’s business loan programs, including the 7(a) Loan Guaranty Program, the MicroLoan Program, the 504 Fixed Asset Loan Program and the most popular of all the SBA’s loan programs – SBA Express.  Participants will have the opportunity to discuss their potential loan application with several bank loan officers.

REGISTER ONLINE HERE ATTENTION: Everyone attending should bring copies of their completed “SBA Business Plan Executive Summary Form” with them.  The “SBA Business Plan Executive Summary Form” is available for your use to develop a document that can be given to lenders. This document summarizes vital information about your business or project and gives lenders the opportunity to make an informed expression of interest about your loan request.

We suggest that you make a dozen copies of this document and bring them with you on August 24th for distribution to the participating lenders.
